The valley of Zat

The valley of Zat is less than an hour from Marrakech almost 50 km; However, it is still very little tourism so it's really a trip to authentic Berber country.
The best is to go on Wednesday, the day of the picturesque souk of Tighdouine: no tourist shop, a local market where come to refuel (often on the back of mullet) the villagers of the surrounding mountains

Crossing the bridge, you can go up to the sources of Sidi El Wafi (a quarter of an hour walk) which produces mineral water, very slightly sparkling; you can not go wrong, just follow all the people who go around with their can!

You can fill your bottles for free and if you have forgotten, there are empty for sale!
The place is frequented Moroccans attracted by the therapeutic virtues of the source, as well as the freshness and charm of the place; many small pleasant restaurants where to eat
If we climb a little, we meet potters. and there is a village tea break and lunch at the berber is a traditional local chicken tajine
